De Orrock  De maintains and develops treasury management banking relationships with customers. An original employee of Leaders Bank, her duties include administration, risk management, development and implementation of treasury management products and related services, and sales support. She specializes in customizing products so they meet the varying needs of customers. Her background includes credit analysis, operations, retail banking, consumer lending, business development, branch management, brokerage investment, and merchant card processing services. She is a corporate sponsor member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and a member of West Suburban Delta Gamma. She has served as Treasurer of Main Street LaGrange, an industry leader for American Heart Walk, and a corporate fundraiser for American Cancer Society. In her community, she has been an active volunteer for public schools in Western Springs as well as local organizations. De is currently acting Treasurer for The Hope Chest, a retail shop that benefits the Constance Morris House. De holds a license in Real Estate. She attended DePauw University.
