Jason Welch  As a lending officer on the commercial real estate team, Jason establishes and manages relationships with investors and developers. He structures flexible and creative financing solutions for the acquisition and development of residential, retail, office, and industrial property. He handles the complete loan process including loan origination, working with underwriters to conduct due diligence, and monitoring the loan approval and closing process. Jason’s strong analytical skills and sales experience help him identify with the needs of clients. He is a current and long-term member of the Chicago Real Estate Council. He also enjoys donating his efforts to help others through his involvement in Rebuilding Together (Metro Chicago), a volunteer organization with a mission to preserve and revitalize low-income homes and communities. Jason is also an active participant with the Feed My Starving Children organization. He earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Southern Illinois University.
