Jim Huffman  Jim develops and maintains mortgage operations at Leaders Bank, and is responsible for origination of first and second mortgages for 1 to 4 family residential dwellings. With his start in real estate appraisal, he maintained a real estate sales license for over ten years. This gives Jim a unique understanding of the concerns and priorities of home buyers, enabling him to address issues and expectations that are important to customers early in the process and ensuring a smooth transaction. Jim is actively involved with the Men’s Breakfast Fellowship at Christ Church of Oakbrook. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from St. Joseph’s College.
