Jim Lynch Jim has served his entire career as a lender to privately-held businesses, focusing on companies with revenues of $50 million or less. In 1999, Jim led a team of founders toward the creation and organization of Leaders Bank, the premier commercial bank for privately held businesses, their owners and families, and other entrepreneurs. In addition, Leaders Bank was recognized as one of Chicago’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies by the National Association for Business Resources. The Bank was also acknowledged as #51 in the prestigious Entrepreneur magazine’s Hot 100 Fast-Growth Businesses list. Since its inception in May 2000, Leaders Bank has grown to approximately $600 million in assets. Under Jim’s leadership, Leaders Bank has been able to retain a talented workforce and deliver healthy growth in shareholder value.
