Kathleen Hardy  Kathy maintains and builds the credit quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio, which includes supervision of the analysis, documentation and loan operations departments of the Bank. Her key strength in making prudent loan portfolio decisions is aided by her exposure to various types of loans and industries. She possesses experience in all facets of banking, with a specialty in commercial lending. Her perspective on the power of teamwork has enhanced the professional contributions she brings to Leaders Bank. She is a member of the Risk Management Association; and committee member of the Community Bankers of Illinois, Small Business Growth Corporation, and Working Wardrobe. Kathy earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA in finance, both from DePaul University.
