Bob, a founding member of Leaders Bank, is an integral part of the senior management team overseeing enterprise risk management communication and providing a critical role in branch expansion needs.  Bob believes the bank's customer oriented philosophy and open management style empowers employees to provide an outstanding level of service and premium banking products.  Bob earned a B.A. in business management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
