Susi Massaro  Susi administers accurate maintenance and timely reporting of financial information for Leaders Bank. Her responsibilities include ledger operations, accounts payable, and serving as a liaison to auditors. She believes in the value a harmonious team can bring to an organization, and Susi’s strengths lie in recognizing and respecting the strengths, ideas, vision, and experiences of others. A contributor to the financial community, she serves as Secretary & Treasurer of the Northern Illinois Jack Henry Board. Susi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Dominican University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance at the university.
