Board of Directors
Mr. Stephen M. Schuster serves as Vice President, Secretary and Director of the Company and Secretary and Director of the Bank. He also serves as the Vice President and General Counsel of D. P. Kelly & Associates, L.P., an Oak Brook firm which manages a portfolio of private equity and debt investments. Previously, Mr. Schuster was an attorney in private practice for eight years, specializing in financial institutions, corporate acquisitions, lending and securities. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1978 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and received a J.D. from DePaul University, College of Law in 1981. Mr. Schuster is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Patricia Cassidy serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. She is the Senior Vice President of System Development & Strategy for Loyola University Health System and the Chairman of RML Specialty Hospital Board. She received her B.A. from the University of Illinois and her M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago.
Dr. Daniel J. Campbell serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. He is a partner in Hinsdale Pediatrics, which is one of the largest pediatric practices in the Western suburbs. A 1977 graduate of Northwestern University, Dr. Campbell went on to obtain his medical degree from the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University in 1980. In addition, he completed post-graduate training at the University of Chicago before joining Hinsdale Pediatrics as a partner in 1985.
Mr. Thomas P. Fitzgerald serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. He is managing partner-elect of the law firm of Winston & Strawn, LLP in Chicago. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Gordon W. Fitzsimmons serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. He is the majority owner of the American Stair Corporation, a manufacturer of stair and railing systems headquartered in Romeoville, Illinois. After acquiring the company in 1986, Mr. Fitzsimmons has built American Stair into the largest manufacturer of pre-engineered stair systems in the United States. Mr. Fitzsimmons is a 1972 graduate of Western Illinois University. Thereafter, he attended Northern Illinois University and earned an M.B.A. in 1976.

Mr. Gary T. Kachadurian serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. He is Chairman of Apartment Realty Advisors, the nation's largest privately held multi-housing brokerage company. He is also President of Kach Enterprises, a real estate investment company.Mr. Thomas N. Kelly serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. He is a managing director of KMK & Associates LLC, an Oak Brook based private equity investment firm. Mr. Kelly serves on the Board of the Donald P. and Byrd M. Kelly Foundation, Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, Phonex Broadband Corporation and Grandstand Sportswear and Glassware. Mr. Kelly attended the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS.
Mr. Lawrence Lubin serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. He is a private real estate investor. He has been a member of The Chicago Board of Trade since 1981. Prior to becoming a member of the Board of Trade, he was a real estate broker with Draper and Kramer. He began Paradigm Real Estate Services, LLC in 2000. Mr. Lubin is a 1979 graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Commerce/Real Estate. From 1979 through 1980 he was a Graduate Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at the University of Illinois.
Mr. William F. Napleton serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. He is the President of multiple luxury automobile dealerships throughout the Chicagoland area with headquarters in Park Ridge, Illinois. He is a partner in Napleton Properties and Napleton’s Holdings LLC. Mr. Napleton received a B.S. in Economics from Loyola University Chicago in 1983.
Mr. Michael D. Romano serves as a Director of the Company and the Bank. He is President of Power Distributing LLC, Chairman of Friends of Orphans and a Member of YPO. Mr. Romano received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University. |
