Kristin Zell  Kristin is responsible for maintaining and developing treasury management banking relationships. With 10 years of banking experience, Kristin specializes in providing customized, cost-effective solutions to streamline collection and disbursement functions for the customer. Her focus on relationship management and history of working with mid- and large-scale depository clients, make Kristin an excellent resource for Leaders Bank customers. She earned her Master of Business Administration, Magna cum Laude, from Northern Illinois University, and her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University. Kristin is a member of the Northern Illinois University Young Professionals Group, and has enjoyed involvement in many volunteer activities, including past service on the Village of Homer Glen Economic Development Committee.
