An original employee of Leaders Bank who serves on the Executive team and contributes to the Bank’s strategic vision and planning, Sara is impassioned about the focus and future of the Bank.  Primarily responsible for the Financial and Regulatory reporting for the Bank and Holding Company, The Leaders Group, Inc., she also serves on the Bank’s Risk Management Committee.  Sara handles shareholder matters, funding requirements, and the investment and capital aspects of the Bank.  She is a dedicated board member of Community Care Options and Fox & Obel; and Treasurer for First United Methodist Church of Western Springs.  Actively involved in the financial community as well, she is a committee member of the Community Banker's Association of Illinois, a Certified Public Accountant and board member of the Illinois CPA Society.  Sara earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
